Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ a friendly and enthusiastic team. Updating their knowledge and skill base with educational sector approved training courses. This enables a proactive team approach to bringing new ideas and methods to the setting.
We are very proud of the high qualifications achieved by our staff. Both Managers hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies and have gone on to achieve Early Years Professional Status. The setting has experienced and supportive staff who all work towards the shared goal of providing a happy and calm environment for your child to flourish. With fully trained first aiders and a SENCO team who form part of the Sutton Borough inclusion network.
